Grounds and pool were very nice for families.
Rooms were typical old Holiday Inn style although spruced up with new colors.

Can't beat this hotel for the Priceline price! Lovely pool and view of bay, great spot for kids. Don't expect the Gulf of Mexico's sandy beaches and you won't be disappointed.

At most 2 stars. Nice staff, free Wi-Fi. Rooms looked like those of cheaper motels.

The most helpful and kind staff I've ever encountered - they even had free board games for us to play!

I would highly recommend this hotel: clean, beautiful facilities, helpful staff and cheap price!

Sunrise views over Tampa Bay; overall landscaping.
First floor public walkways needed cleaning (looked moldy).

Nothing spectacular about the rooms; normal to small size, but they have what you need and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel's best assets are its location and nice grounds for the family.

The service in the restaurant on Friday night was very poor. The beach area was disappointing.

The hotel shows its age. The towel rack fell off. The water pipes made a horrible racket. The pool was nice. Being next to the marina made for a nice view of the boats. Overall it was quiet and peaceful. The restaurant was a disappointment -

The hotel did not meet our expectations. It was clean but old and just not that nice, Also had to call the front desk in the night about noise.

Just not that nice, poor condition. We asked for a king bed and were given two standard beds. They didn't seem that interested in our concerns.

No negative comments.

Hotel has marina, so could come by boat. Nice, friendly resort type hotel on small beach. Close to north end of sunshine skyway so ideal for travelers heading south.
